Today's Motorbike Monday celebrates an amazing career spanning many bus jumps. Evel Knievel was one of the most well-known American dare-devil's of all time.
Most famous for his massive ramp to ramp jumps over many different things and the subject of two films. One of the films starred the man himself on this 1976 Harley Davidson XL1000. The bike is an Ironhead Sportster 1000 made to look like one of his original CR-750 jump bikes. It was on display in a personal museum for years but has just been sold at auction in Vegas.
